Energetic, mission driven social service agency is seeking a hardworking, self-motivated, Community Support Coordinator for programs which provide support services to individuals with developmental disabilities in the Vigo and Sullivan Counties. This full-time benefited position is primarily responsible for supporting individuals that live in their own homes to become valued members of their community through skill building and the development of natural supports.
