Northern Region Director

We’re looking for our next Northern Regional Director—someone ready to lead with heart, vision, and dedication to the people we support.
 
This full-time, benefited role is all about guiding our Northern Indiana programs, supporting our teams, and ensuring we deliver the highest quality services to individuals with developmental disabilities. As Regional Director, you’ll provide leadership, mentorship, and direction, while keeping our mission and values at the center of every decision.
 
In this role, you will:

• Lead and inspire a dedicated team, helping them grow and succeed.
• Ensure our services meet the highest standards of quality and care.
• Build strong relationships with individuals, families, and the community.
• Oversee program management, documentation, and service verification.

You might be a great fit if you:

• Have experience leading community-based service programs.
• Are confident, organized, and able to see the big picture while managing the details.
• Communicate clearly, make thoughtful decisions, and inspire those around you.
• Have nonprofit experience and/or an understanding of Social Role Valorization (a plus but not required).
• Problem solving skills & ability to adapt to varied situations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, Human Services, or related field is strongly preferred.
• Candidates with extensive experience working with individuals with disabilities, and/or a desire to pursue further education will also be considered.
