Northern Region Director

Energetic, mission driven social service agency is seeking a hardworking, self-motivated, Regional Director for programs that provide support services to individuals with developmental disabilities in the Northern Region. This full-time benefited position is primarily responsible for developing, managing and monitoring quality for the services in the northern part of Indiana.  This position provides the leadership, management, support and direction to the region and provides direct supervision to regional staff in a supervisory capacity.
 
Candidate must have prior experience leading community-based service programs. Other essential skills include a good understanding of public relationship management, the ability to confidently work with individuals and their family and the ability to advocate and support them in a positive manner. Additional duties include management of agency documentation and the organization/processing of service verification documentation. Strong organizational capabilities are a must as is the ability to self-direct.  An understanding and experience in non-profit agencies and experience with the principles of Social Role Valorization a plus.
